Thirdfloordesign® is based in a Brussels vintage apartment, where Dejvi draws, sketches and paints all his pieces.

What kind of posters do you offer?
We both offer physical posters and digital downloads.
We want to be affordable in every size for everyone! ❤️
While we can’t print every size ourselves, you can buy a digital download and print it in your own size digitally.

How will I receive my digital downloads?
After your digital download purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link.
This will include 5 different ratios:

Each ratio comes in the highest quality in both PDF and PNG/JPG versions.
This is because some printers prefer PDFs, while others use PNG or JPG files.
Where can I print my digital downloads?
It's actually so easy! ⬇️
You can print your file:
1. At a local print shop
2. At home (if you are lucky and have a high-quality printer) 🖨️
3. Through an online printing company.

What paper should I use for printing?
We've done the testing for you! 😘
For the best look in a frame, we recommend printing on matte paper to avoid glare and get a smooth finish.
Paper thickness is all about personal preference but for reference, we use 200 gsm for our own prints.
However, if you’re framing it, the paper weight isn’t as crucial.

What is the paper quality?
Only the best.
Our prints are made with 200gsm (5.9oz/yd) premium paper, giving them a sturdy, high-quality feel without being too heavy.
We use the Giclée printing method, known for its precision and vibrant colors.
The prints are created with water-based inks, ensuring rich, long-lasting colors that are eco-friendly.
What size options are available?
We’ve got a size for every wall, big or small. Here’s the breakdown:
- Small — 21x29.7 cm / 8.3x11.7" (A4)
- Regular — 29.7x43 cm / 11.7 x 16.5" (A3)
- Most Popular — 42x59.4 cm / 16.5x23.4" (A2)
- Large — 50x70 cm / 19.6" x 27.5"
- Extra large — 59.4x84.1 cm / 23.4x33.1" (A1)
- OMG large — 84.1x118.9 cm / 33.1x46.8" (A0)

Can I return or exchange my physical print?
Short answer is: Yes!
Legal answer: if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We want to ensure you love your art!🥹
Can I return or exchange my digital download?
Short answer: No!
Since digital downloads are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for these items.
If you have any issues with your download, though, please reach out, we’re here to help! 🫡

We currently ship to Europe, USA, Australia, Canada and the UK 💙 We are trying our best to offer worldwide shipping soon!
What are your delivery/shipping lead times?
To minimize waste and ensure each frame is crafted with care, everything at Thirdfloordesign is made to order. But don’t worry, that doesn’t mean long waits. Our print labs work around the clock, and over 80% of orders are printed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Shipping times (after dispatch):
🇬🇧 UK = 3-4 business days
🇺🇸 USA = 2-5 business days
🇪🇺 EU = 5-7 business days
🇦🇺 AUS = 3-6 business days
🌎 Rest of the world = 5-12 business days
